We accept applications once a year during designated application windows. By reviewing applications in bulk, our team can carefully focus on supporting families in each cycle.

JOIN
Application Orientation
Before you can apply, you’ll need to attend an Application Orientation via Zoom with Amanda. This required session covers the structure, expectations, and commitments of the Full Service Placement program. To get the most out of it, please review the Full Service Placement section of our website to confirm eligibility. Attendance at this orientation is a required step in our application process.

APPLY
During the Application Orientation, we will review the application process and share detailed instructions, including the link to submit your application.
All applications must be submitted no later than January 31 EOD PST.
Each application must include a medical form completed by one of your child’s medical professionals.
The Application Review Committee reviews all applications throughout the month of February. Reference checks and interviews will also be conducted during this time.

Notifcation
All applicants will be notified by March 1st
• Invitation: Families identified as a good fit will receive an Offer to join the program.

• Program Mismatch: Families not aligned with our program will receive a Redirection with recommendations for better-fitting alternatives.
​
• Deferment: Families who are a good fit but for whom we lack space will be invited to reapply in the next round.
