We accept applications once a year during designated application windows. By reviewing applications in bulk, our team can carefully focus on supporting families in each cycle.

JOIN
Application Orientation
Before you can apply, you’ll need to attend an Application Orientation via Zoom with Amanda. This required session covers the structure, expectations, and commitments of the Full Service Placement program. To get the most out of it, please review the Full Service Placement section of our website to confirm eligibility. Attendance at this orientation is a required step in our application process.

APPLY
During the Application Orientation, we’ll walk you through the application process and provide everything you need to apply, including the application link.

Applications are due by January 31, EOD PST, including a medical form completed by one of your child’s medical professionals.
Our Application Review Committee reviews applications throughout January and February. Reference checks and interviews must be completed no later than February 22.

Notifcation
All applicants will be notified by March 1st
• Invitation: Families identified as a good fit will receive an Offer to join the program.

• Program Mismatch: Families not aligned with our program will receive a Redirection with recommendations for better-fitting alternatives.
​
• Deferment: Families who are a good fit but for whom we lack space will be invited to reapply in the next round.
