Hooray! It's Event Season!!

At Good Dog! we love a good event! As part of our community outreach program we attend events to expose the kids to the unconditional love of the dog. Seeing the kids with the dogs is truly magical and why we anticipate these events with great excitement! Our annual trio include:

The San Diego Walk for Autism was a huge success this year, see our previous post for more about that one!

At the Bocce for Autism event this year our Good Dog! team will be defending their title,- YEP! WE WON LAST YEAR.


Bocce for Autism is a super fun event that benefits Re Spectrum, an awesome organiaztion here in San Diego that provides assists and guides those impacted by Autism Spectrum Disorders in creating positive change within their immediate families as well as within the autism community. We accomplish this through therapeutic support, recreation, and community activities for the whole family; regardless of age, income level or any other challenges to equal access — effectively filling the gaps in service for families impacted by ASD. We hope you'll join us for the fun this year! Sign up for a team or enjoy the free Kids Zone, Live Music and Beer & Wine Garden.

The TACA picnic in Anaheim provides a fun yet secure environment for children and families affected by autism. The TACA annual picnic is a vital event that provides the necessary sense of community to families living with autism.

Talk About Curing Autism (TACA) is a national non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to educating, empowering and supporting families affected by autism. TACA helps to strengthen the autism community by connecting families and the professionals who can help them, allowing them to share stories and information to help improve the quality of life for people with autism. "The support TACA provides to families like ours is truly a life saver!" - Laura We hope you'll join us at this event!
